Shipments and returns
* DELIVERY
Orders are usually prepared and shipped within one or two working days.
You can choose from a range of delivery options:
- Small tracked parcel: delivered directly to your letterbox, usually within 48 hours (approximate delivery time). You will be able to track your parcel from dispatch to delivery. This delivery option is only available for thin items (jewellery, stickers, notebooks, etc.).
- Mondial Relay: the parcel arrives at a parcel collection point, usually within 4 to 5 working days (approximate delivery time). You are free to choose the delivery location and collect the parcel whenever you want. During the Christmas period, delivery times may be extended by a few days.
- Colissimo simple: delivery to your home within 48 hours. If its size allows, the parcel can be delivered directly to your letterbox. It will be deposited at your usual post office if you are not there at the time of delivery.
- Colissimo registered: the parcel is delivered within 48 hours and is insured. It will be handed to you in person against signature. It will be deposited at your usual post office if you are not there at the time of delivery.
- Chronopost Shop2Shop: delivery to a parcel collection point, usually within 2 to 4 working days.
- Chronopost 24-hour delivery to a collection point: express delivery the day after the order is dispatched before 1 p.m. to the parcel collection point of your choice.
* RETURNS
You have 15 days after receiving your order to contact us if a product does not suit you and exercise your right of withdrawal. Simply send us a message via the contact page on the website.We will then tell you how to return the product(s) and receive a refund or credit note, whichever you prefer.In the event of breakage, shipping issues or if you notice a defect in a product you have received, you have 48 hours after delivery to notify us by email so that we can take action as quickly as possible.
Transport of your parcel
Parcels are generally shipped within 24 to 48 hours after receipt of your payment. Regardless of the shipping method chosen, we will provide you with a link as soon as possible that will allow you to track the delivery of your parcel online.Orders placed between 20 November and 24 December may experience slightly longer preparation and shipping times.
Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. They may include a fixed portion and a variable portion based on the price or weight of your order. We recommend that you group your purchases into a single order. We cannot group two separate orders, and you will be required to pay shipping charges for each of them. Your parcel is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken to ensure that it arrives safely.
