Slowing Out is a new collection of city guides where locals share their addresses and good tips.
For each destination, this guide will take you far away from the tourist circuits, as if a friend were showing you his/her city through a selection of addresses and good tips that are as desirable as they are responsible.

The Slowing Out guides contain a very fine selection of the best eco-responsible addresses in cities and their regions in 4 categories (Eat, Drink, Shop andamp; Explore) as well as portraits of the committed women who made the selection of places in the guide.

It's up to you to choose which corner of the south of France you'd like to explore!
